Your Primentra Account
Your company's account at primentra.com/account holds the installers, the licence key and the invoices. Everyone at your company who signs in sees the same account.
Go to primentra.com/account and sign in with your work email address. You get a single-use code by email. You need an invitation first: it comes with your order, or a colleague sends one from the Team page.
Download
The Download page lists every supported version, from 1.2026.8.20 to the latest, newest first. Each version has two files:
| File | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Installer | A normal install or upgrade with the setup wizard |
| ZIP | An install by hand, for example behind IIS without the wizard |
Click a version to read what changed in it. Long lists show the first lines and a Show all link. The banner on top names the version your company downloaded last, and how many versions came out since. Those versions are open already.
Every download through the account is recorded. Your downloads shows the date, the version, the file and who downloaded it. Need a version older than 1.2026.8.20? Mail info@primentra.com.
Licence key
The Licences page shows the two values the app asks for, in the same order: the organisation name, then the key. Copy each one with the button beside it. The organisation name must match exactly, capitals and punctuation included, because it is part of the signature. See Licensing.
Team
The Team page shows who at your company can sign in, and when they last did.
- Invite a colleague: any active colleague can do this, for an address on your company's own email domain. An address on another domain or on free mail (Gmail, Outlook and the like) cannot be invited here: mail info@primentra.com.
- Switch off a colleague who left. They can no longer sign in. Switch on gives access back.
- Send again sends a lost invitation again, at most three times an hour.
You cannot switch yourself off, and the last active colleague always keeps access. Every change is recorded with the name of the colleague who made it.
Email preferences
Each person chooses which mails they get at their own address: the newsletter, tips after a download, and product updates.
