Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026

Primentra is in early access. A full Privacy Policy will be published before the general release. In the meantime, this page describes our current practices.

What we collect

When you download Primentra or contact us, we collect your email address and the date. When you place an order we also collect the details needed to invoice you: company name, billing address, VAT number, contact name, telephone number and any purchase-order reference. We do not collect or store card or bank details — invoices are paid by bank transfer.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This involves cookies and may collect pseudonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs. IP anonymization is enabled by default in Google Analytics 4.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how our pages are actually used: where visitors click, how far they scroll, and a replay of the visit as a reconstruction of those interactions. Text you type is masked before it leaves your browser, and the pages where you enter personal data — the order form and your account — are not recorded at all. Clarity loads only if you accept cookies, and Microsoft processes this data on our behalf, partly outside the European Union.

How we use your data

Your email address is used solely to send product updates, release notes, and early access invitations. We do not sell, trade, or share your email with third parties.

Analytics data is used to improve the website and product experience. It is processed by Google and by Microsoft under their data processing terms.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics purposes (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). You can choose to decline cookies when you first visit our website. Neither one loads if you decline, and declining does not affect your ability to use this website.

YouTube API Services

We publish our tutorial videos to our own YouTube channel with the YouTube Data API. By using that API we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google processes the data involved under the Google Privacy Policy.

We use it in one direction only: to upload videos we made ourselves, and to set their title, description, tags, thumbnail, captions and playlist. We do not read, collect, store or display any YouTube data belonging to you or to anyone else. Watching a video on our website loads it from our own storage or from YouTube's own player, and we receive no viewing data about you from YouTube.

The only credential we hold is an authorisation token for our own YouTube account. It grants access to our channel and to nothing else. We store it on our own systems, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The account holder can withdraw it at any time through the Google security settings, which revokes our access immediately.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@primentra.com.
